I first met Barry Carew with Central Texas Marketing when we were having
The Georgetown Distinctive Home Tour. We had less than a month to pull it
off and Barry made it happen. He gave us a game plan and within a month he
put together a very professional marketing program that brought out over 300
people to tour our homes. This really impressed me! Not only did he tell us
what he was going to do, but he followed through and made it happen with a
very short amount of time. Since the tour in August, 6 homes have been
sold. I have joined up with GABA for several reasons. One, there are no
other entities out there that bring the developers, builders, real estate
professionals and homebuyers together like GABA does. It puts everyone on
the same page and it educates people about the many different aspects of the
real estate activity in Georgetown. Two, GABA gives the consumer valuable
information that is relevant and is also a valuable asset for the real
estate professional. Although this is a new concept to Georgetown, I have
already witnessed it's growth. I also have had Barry and the Crew to
re-vamp my website. They listen and they produced! I like the way that they
not only see what’s happening now, but they are looking and preparing for
future activity. They have exceeding my expectations in every way.
